St. Paul, MN--For most Minnesota families and students, paying for college is a challenge; if you're the first in your family to go to college, the process can seem even more challenging.
Wednesday, February 12th, families and students are invited to attend a special presentation of the video Paying for College: First in the Family: How Minnesota First-Generation Families Make It Happen. The event is sponsored by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE) and the Minnesota Private College Council (MPCC).
The community meeting will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Saint Croix River Education District in Rush City, MN. Following the presentation of the short video, financial aid experts will provide additional information and respond to questions.
