The Minnesota Office of Higher Education partnered with Public Consulting Group to conduct the 2013 statewide Student Experience Survey for current and former students of two-year colleges in the private non-profit and private for-profit sectors across the state. The goal of the analysis is to provide OHE with an independent snapshot of the perceptions of students in two-year programs about their educational experience and to determine if students perceive that the institutions they attended were worth the expense, met the quality expected and provided access to the appropriate supports necessary to achieve their educational goals.
The analysis focuses on four main categories:
- Marketing & Recruitment Practices
- Student Financial Support
- Academic Experience
- Post-Institution Experience
