Attending the Statewide Financial Aid Conference
The Statewide Financial Aid Conference is presented each year in early November at a select number of participating college host sites. The half-day conference, attended by over 300 high school counselors, financial aid administrators, and community organizations each year, consists of a presentation about the application process and available sources of financial aid, a demonstration of various financial-aid web sites and a question-and-answer forum with an on-site panel of local financial aid administrators.
2012 Conference
This year's conference will be held on Wednesday, November 7 from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Sign-in begins at 8:30. High school counselors, financial aid administrators, and community organizations are invited to attend the conference.

Each person attending the conference must be registered with the Office of Higher Education. DO NOT register with the conference site. This is extremely important because the number of information packets sent to each site is determined by the number of people registered. You will NOT receive a confirmation of your registration. You should consider yourself successfully registered unless you are contacted by our agency about space limitations at the site you selected.
