Enrollment Data Search

If you cannot find the information you want in the student enrollment data section, try searching our enrollment database.

To generate a report, complete the six steps explained below.

Step 1 - Select the year of interest. By default, the most recent year for which data are available is used. Fall Term:

Step 2 - Select the specific institution(s), a generic institution type, and/or a metro/outstate breakdown (optional). For example, you may wish to select only students attending community colleges in the metro area. 
Specific Institutions (Up to 32 institutions may be selected at once; hold down the Shift or Control key to make multiple selections.)

Institution type (Students attending checked institution types will be included in your report):

State Universities (Public four-year)
Community Colleges (Public two-year)
Technical Colleges (Public two-year)
Combined Community & Technical Colleges (First appeared in 1994)
University of Minnesota
Private Career Schools
Private Four-year Colleges & Universities
Private Graduate & Professional

Step 3 - Select the student characteristics of interest (optional). Students with the checked characteristics will be included in your report.
