Fostering Independence Grant Program

 

Program Overview

The Fostering Independence Grant is cost of attendance grant program for former foster youth attending participating Minnesota colleges and universities. All public colleges and universities must participate in the program. Private institutions are able to opt-out each academic year. Students apply through the FAFSA or MN Dream Act Application.
